Q: Gentlemen, a short view back to the past?

 

A: Ah shit, here we go again.

 

Q: How long does an order take?

 

A: We ship out the order within 3-4 days. However, the order is usually delivered between 7-10 days.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

 

A: YES but no, not yet. International shipping will be available soon in our store!

 

Q: Less buttons, more?

 

A: Err what? There is a t-shirt for that, by the way.

 

Q: I liked a particular artwork. But it's not available as a phone case?

 

A: Yes, if you want a particular artwork from The Circus's archive, we can make a phone case out of it on request...just for you.


Q: Will I be charged extra for it?

 

A: Absolutely not! The phone case will be sold at the same cost as the other phone cases. You will just need to specifically tell us what phone do you need the case designed for.

 

Q: I received a damaged product/I didn’t order this product?

 

A: In case you receive a product that you didn’t order or a product that was damaged or misprinted, please write to us at stewards@circuscomic.com with pictures of the order. Following due process, we will change the product or refund it. Whichever you prefer.

 

Q: How do I cancel the order?

 

A: Please drop a mail to stewards@circuscomic.com and we will get in touch with the delivery service.

 

However, an order cannot be canceled once it's shipped.

 

Q: When do I get a refund for my order?

 

A: While refunds will be released instantly following due process and check on our side, refunds take about 7-12 days to reflect into your account.

 

Q: Or less and more communications with your engineer?
